How are condom wrappers being disposed of the reason I am always seeing them outside ? Out of all peices of litter ( plastic cups, soda cans , styrofoam plates ) I see condom wrappers the most ...Why ?

I really find it hard to believe you are seeing more condom wrappers littering the ground more than other pieces of trash. You either live next door to the worlds trashiest frat house or you're obsessing over the condom wrappers and noticing them above all else. (Sort of like when you buy a new car and you suddenly realize how many cars are on the road that are just like the model you bough -- though you didn't notice it before).

They are not common at all where I live. I would assume, however from your description, that those items are on the inside of a car, and the owner tosses them out of the car, along with other trash, to rid the car of the wrappings. This is done on the street curb side, rather than taking the time to dispose of them in a trash receptacle.

Hey, at least it's just the wrapper. I used to have to go into the projects for my job (social work) and there would be used CONDOMS (GROSS!!!) laying in the halls and on the sidewalks outside.

My theory is that a cheating spouse realizes that there is an empty condom wrapper in the car and tosses it out the car window before they get home and it just floats out there.

That has not been my experience. I have never seen a condom wrapper lying on the sidewalk. But is is odd that you see so many.

I'm sure they are not being used as they should be used!
Heck i remember when i use to fill them up with lotion and tease other students with it! and with the kids trying to do the safe sex parades and marches and other activities to promoto safe sex..
I also remember when everyone at my school did this! we all pinned a condom on our clothing some humans did more then others!
with that being said i'm sure most of them didn't get put in the trash can hence why you would see more on the streets!
humans are lazy and they dont pick up after themselfs!

I have only seen a condom wrapper laying around once; on the island in the pond of my college campus (which I think is hilarious since it is a women's Catholic college).

That has not been my experience. However, I do live in a rural community. You obviously live in an inner city or more urban area. And that is just pathetic, individuals should have more common sense and decency about themselves. Sorry, you are having to see this. The city needs to get on their job and clean up this problem.
