If you want them to be watery the best thing to do is increase your salt intake.

increasing you salt will create an intestinal environment that requires water to maintain a homestatic balance. The water will rush into the intestines to dillute the salt, which will cause you to have watery movements.

Why are you wanting to do this? Even if you eat fruit or veggies to accomplish this, you run the risk of making yourself sick.

Any-who...you could eat a lot of watermelon and cantalope. Carrots make your stool loose, but not watery. You could also eat a high-fibre cereal (something with bran) about three times per day. That would totally make you go.

do you want it runny or just a lot of bowel movements. you would take or eat anything with fiber: prunes, raisins, white grape juice, apple juice warmed up, and of course water. there are supplements out there that cleanse your system and that will definelty make your bm really runny. I don't know why you would want to do that but okay...

If you are constipated, always have a serving of yoghurt mixed with fruits everyday.To my experience, Papaya flavored milk is the best.

nope, bananas are nature's Imodium. they will stop you up.

why would you want them watery? watery bm's = diarrhea, and are a sign of illness.
