i had a lump at the top of my leg once and it turned out to be an infection i had caught from a natbite on my foot it got infected and the posion was in my blood making the gland swell i know you have glands in your armpit as well so check if you have any cuts on your arms if so you proberly just need antibotics to clear out the posion

It's probably either a swollen gland or an infected sweat gland, but your doctor shouldn't have just left it at that. You need to go back and explain the problem is still there, as they have only looked into one possible explanation.
