water should be EVERYONE'S best friend. your body is mostly composed of water, so in order to be healthy, you must drink plenty of it ... a minimum of 64 oz a day!

Water has always been my friend, i drink water with every meal and pretty much all day long, but i found out too much water can be bad for you it will deplete the potassium, electrolytes, and sodium in you body and this can cause problem. I know this first hand i depleted some of my sodium and electrolytes and found my self very tired my Doc told me i needed to increase the intake of salt and drink more Gatorade and this totally helped be careful water is wonderful but change it up once in a while......

It should be everyone's friend period! I never was a water drinker until I read up on the benefits of drinking it daily, while losing so much weight. Now, I drink it all the time, but now & then, I enjoy a Diet Pepsi, especially with a pasta dish.

I don't know what all this hype is with water intake, everywhere you go you see people with plastic bottles of water. In Africa they drink it by the teaspoon and are amongst the greatest athletes in the world! I think the bottled water companies are having a good laugh. My Nan and Grandad both lived into their nineties and drank normally.

water is everyones friend,pure clean water that isnt full of chlorine and flouride (tap water) SUCH as reverse osmosis is your bodies source of hydration,your body is made up of mostly water...

it is indeed, but dont drink too much too quickly, othewise you could get water poisoning.
but it is fantastic if you're trying to lose weight, helps your skin etc

Mine is I carry my starbucks bottle to work and everywhere i go. I don't drink soda or anything that has sugar.
