I was thinking about taking a trip to one of the cities....can somebody who has been there help me decide！！！！

seoul is dirty and im guess Shanghai is the same. If you get out of the big cities it is much more beautiful and cultural

Hrmmm been to Shanghai, big city and lots too see.So i guess my choice wud be Seoul,been to the smaller towns outside korea...had a good time ..gotta try "kimchi" LoL..

I agree. Seoul is lovely. Cultured, modern yet acnient and romantic at the same time.

Seoul is awesome. Very cultural, very modern, very scenic. I would recommend it to any traveler.
