i was a skater ballerina,gymnast,jazz dancer,breakdancer etc.i was into these excersise because im fat.so i was injured in my ankle(2nd degree sprain) when i was in fs 6 and i was injured in my left knee (*PCL ) during a competition when i was fs 7
actually i was planning to train in the states because i want to be better and try to compete in olympic is guess. yet my dreams faded when i was injured.
i never gave up because despite of my injuries, i was starting to gain weight . i am 160 lbs already.
suddenly i tried to join in ballroom dancing, i think im good at it. i really had a great body before like i was so sexy and now im not. im so chubby because i cannot dance anymore.. so until now im learning ballroom dancing and starting to shed of my excess weight. can you give me some advice?thanx a lot. from a ice dancer, i became a ballroom dancer.
