You can but they are not as good as fried chicken, they are really tough that way.

the best thing to do with turkey drumsticks is to slow cook them in sweet and sour mix with some pineapples in the oven at 250 for 3 hours. This is my favorite because its makes them so tender and juicy.

You can. They have those large turkey deep fryers, so you would be able to do the same thing on the stove. The oil needs to be hot enough to brown the turkey but you need to leave it in long enough to completely cook the turkey. It will take longer than chicken of course, because the turkey drumsticks are much larger.

What I would to, though is bake the drumsticks until they are cooked through and then pop them in the oil to brown the skin. It will go much easier that way and you will be sure the turkey is cooked all the way through.

yup. use a dutch oven. make sure the oil will cover at least half the poultry. although you can fry your poultry in the oven too. that's a lot easier and safer. put some oil in a baking dish and let that heat in the oven for like 5 minutes and then bake at at least 375 for the duration of your cooking time. 15 minutes before you remove it from the oven flip it and return to the oven. it's best to use breadcrumbs instead of flour for this method though.
