You don't need to lose weight. Sounds like you're just fine the way you are.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

You are growing you need to let your body do that. You can still eat healthy and be fit. Be you don't need to loss weight. That is part of getting older. You are a teenager. Once you stop growing then you can diet. Or if you are already heavy. But you aren't. So just eat your healthy food. and drink your water. IF you diet now you won't grow like you are suppose to.

trust me on this one. its very good for people at a young age who want to lose weight quickly and healthly. a lot of my friends do it and im trying it to.
high metabolism. just eat loooooads, as much as you want everyday, as long as its a resonable amount, maybe half or quarter of what you'd normally have as a meal but 5 times a day, as long as its not junk food etc.
my friend lost 4 sizes doing this in a few months.
also try not to eat anything after about 7pm.

80 is unhealthy.
Stay as you are.
Unless you want to be a sick looking stick thing.
