Under Iranian law can they legally behead a captured invader?

Based upon what we have seen, there is no such thing as Iranian Law.

Iran is reputedly under Sharia -- Islamic Law. Which is another way of saying that they are under the law of "we'll do whatever we damned well please, and then justify it later".
