If his eyes turn yellow, he has jaundice and you should take him to the pediatrician immediately.
For yellow hands and feet, it is possible that he is getting too much beta carotene - found in carrots. If you have too much, your skin will change in color.
The last possibility which is really uncommon is if his kidneys are weak and not working properly. That can also cause the skin to turn yellowish.
If you are feeding him lots of carrots, stop for a week and if the color fades, then you know that he is sensitive to beta carotene - it is not harmful but will cause skin discoloration. If you stop and it doesn't start to fade, check with the doctor again and this time, take him in and insist on getting blood work done.

RE:
What cause yellowing of palms and feet in baby?
My baby is 1 yr. old. His palms and feet are yellowish in color. I have contacted his pediatrician and was told only to worry when his eyes are yellow. The doctor couldn't tell me why his hands and feet are yellow. My baby eat regular store-bought baby food. He is healthy and active. And he is...

You need to take your baby to a pediatrician, yellow palms and feet sound very suspicious to me,and you need to have your baby tested for liver enzymes via blood tests.Excess beta carotene from carrots and other veggies can stain your skin yellow, this is harmless, but you need to take your baby for a doctors appointment to be sure.

If your baby likes carrots and you are feeding them to him a lot, there's your culprit.
My friends son did not want any other veggies besides that and his palms and soles turned orange. It is only beta carotene and nothing to worry about.

I have never heard of that, although my mum went on a carrot only diet once and her skin turned an unnatual shade of orange, but you need seriosly excessive levels of carrots. How can you give your baby too much vegetables? You're lucky your child eats veggies, so don't stop.

this happens in many babies who have a fair complexion.
i would not worry about it.
when to worry: yellowing of eyes or if he has an odor, if his urine is orange or the coloring of his palms and feet darken.
jaundice is usually fast acting if it is serious....
good luck!

It's nothing serious. If you feed him food with a lot of beta carotene in it that will turn his skin kinda yellow. Stop feeding him carrots xD
