I don't have a wife, but I did once come home crying because some guy was holding me against the outside wall of the bar and touching my goodies while I was crying and screaming at him to stop. Eventually 2 other guys came and kicked the crap outta him and found my ride and I got home. My boyfriend told me that I needed to be more careful about who I trusted. It was good advice but I am still very trusting. He also asked if who's *** he needed to kick.

Well, she needs to go to the hospital and have a rape kit done. This is fundamental in retrieving the most criminating evidence against the perpetrator. The hospital will assist in contacting the proper authorities. She will be under a spotlight and have to go into the gruesome datails but this is necessary to catch the person who did it to her.
I'm sure the hospital can also be helpful in providing some assistance in finding programs to help cope with this matter. As her husband, you can do your part by being helpful and supportive. You can also help her to find support groups and programs to help her cope and attend these things with her if she likes. Stick by her side every step of the way so she knows you are there for her.
Here are some sites that you might find helpful in this difficult situation.

I am so sorry for your wife's situation...I hope this helps and best of luck to the two of you. If not handled carefully, this kind of thing could be detrimental to any marriage.

Well first things first I would not by any circumstances jump to any conclusions and blame her for being raped as many men do. I would try to comfort her and then ask her some questions and call the cops and make a police report. And she would probably have to go to the hospital and get herself checked out. But in the mean time I would be on the look out for the person as well. And if I get to them before the police I would probably want to kick the guy's you know what. Then I would drag him and his bloodied self down to the police station and have him prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Be there for her from that point on, listen to her needs, give advice but persuade her to go to the police. Contact her best friend to come and be with her. Dont overeact as this may cause a rift between you both but if your love for each other is strong you will get through this ....but it will not be easy. If you find out who did it....you need to decide what to do....me personally i'd kick the cr*p out of him...then tell the police.

Well, if I was a male, and I had a wife, I would comfort her first. Then I would call the police and make sure she was examined by a doctor to make sure she was all right physically. Then after that I would keep comforting her. If there was anything I could do to catch the guy I'd do whatever I could.

I really hope this hasn't happened with you or someone you know!!! If so, my absolute sympathies to both halves of the couple.

I'd be horrified, of course. And I'd of course get the police involved. And of course we would go to the hospital. And I'd probably ask her what she did with the body, 'cause my wife is *mean*. And I'd hug her a lot and do everything else she needed me to do.

I'm a Southerner with a penchant for hunting and guns ...three guesses as to what I'd do.

The rapist, well that'd be one body that would never be found. I live back in the woods in the swamplands where there are alligators.

Tough call man. Happened to a girlfriend of mine once...forced to perform oral on some dude. When I learned who it was, he lost a few teeth to a brick that was accidentally smashed into his face repeatedly until sirens were being heard.... Of course, he wasnt stupid enough to tell them who destroyed his face and WHY... and she refused to press charges.

Ruined our relationship too - she refused to ever perform oral and pretty much just kinda gave up on sexual relations. So, we split up about a year later...

I would take her to the hospital then comfort and support her through the police questioning. Then I would find the guy and cut his d!ck off.
