find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Diet or exercise.
I suggest exercise. Run for half an hour or so every day, it'll make a whole world of difference. Just do any activity. Swimming is also an awesome calorie burning exercise.

1. Eat fresh unprocessed foods (no junk food or fried crap)
2. Stop eating calorie dense foods like bread, potatoes, yams, beans, corn, rice and other cereal grains
3. Drink lots of water - 80 to 120 oz per day

Eat small protions of food, make sure u drink a lot of water. For breakfast eat oatmeal with water and 2 fruits don't have a big dinner.

well...I hav a dream diet or try going veggie!!!
Breakfast-fruit, water and cereal or porridge if u want.
Lunch- small meal, water 2 fruit or veg
Tea-Meal, water, 2 fruit or veg, small pudding if u want.
Snack-when u want it, make it small and healthy at least 3 times a week
Stick to it it's amazing!!! O ye, nd 45 mins exercise evry day!!! Fun fun!!! Gd luck <3
