im having it for my tea but brought it without knowing if i could or not so just wanna check before i eat it incase i cant!! its in a lasagne!!! thanx

The thing that matters is if its pasteurized. The label should say. Bechemal sauce is pretty much just butter and flour I think - mmmmm, so go ahead.
