It is popular to believe that the mark of the beast will be either a chip or a bar code or both. I am not saying that this will not come about during the reign of the Antichrist, but 666 means incomplete, incomplete, incomplete. Six is the number of man and humans are an incomplete entity. Seven is the number of God, who is complete. 666 represents the ultimate incompleteness, or godlessness. It represents rule by Christless Christianity in which the world and worldliness will be worshiped instead of God. I believe that America is the key to the coming of the Antichrist and that he will be an American, homosexual, well-educated and highly intelligent. I believe that he will be a President of the USA because he will have great power to make war. In America, materialism is worshiped as in no other place on earth. As an attack on Christians there will certainly be restriction placed on them concerning their movements and other activities and there will be made organized efforts to destroy them during the Great Tribulation. But the true mark of the beast represents those who will have given themselves over totally to materialism and have sold their souls to the devil. They will bow before the Antichrist and do anything that he says.

Try studying the subject a little more. Revelation is not the only place in the bible where a mark in the forehead or hand is used as an example. I think you will find that it is a representation of works (mark in the hand) and thoughts (mark in the forehead) I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with computer chips.

While I haven't completely sold over to the "Mark of the Beast" I would not knowingly allow a micro chip to be placed anywhere on my body. This is a way for the Government to be able to track you.
We may not be given an option though. If they really wanted to do it all they would have to do is place it there when you were recovering from some type of sugery and What is to stop them from implanting it into an infant after birth?

Nothing in the Bible says that the mark of the beast is a chip in people's heads.
But, unless there was a good reason to get a chip in my head, I don't think I would want want one. Maybe if I was blind and a chip in my head would help me see, then I'd get one.

As far as I am concerned, religion and the bible has nothing to do with it, other than the possibility that ii was a prophecy! The real issue, is that this is one of the means by which the globalists want to control and enslave all of us. It is part of the New World Order! I will not have it, even if it means that I will have no food or a place to live! *sm*

I would be careful about what I ascribed to be the mark of the beast, since it's not completely clear what is being referred to. But I do agree with you, ain't nobody puttin' no chip in my body! Mark of the beast or not! Can you imagine the headache when the battery starts to leak?! Yukk.

I dont believe the chip to be the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast is what it says it is a mark. Satan is vain he wants an outward show to him. So I dont think this is the mark of the beast. Just a lead in into it. Peace out...........

There's no way I'd let myself be chipped, and religion only plays a part of it. RFID chips are not very secure and the technology can be hacked without too much trouble. (I do have my cat chipped though, the only info on it is my email address. He likes to wander)

If my mid-trib premillenial eschatological understanding is in error and I am here during the Tribulation, then no I would not submit to a mark, stamp or chip,or any other means that would identifiy myself as being in inescapable allegiance to the Antichrist.
