i need to loose about 10-15 lbs. i exersize everyday, and that isn't a problem for me. I just need a good diet now. latley i have been trying to eat healthier and a little less, but i dont think that is enough. have you had any diets that really helped you? if so, please tell me.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

When I started gaining a little too much weight my doctor suggested a program like Weight Watchers. The plan helps you chose healthy foods, promotes exercise, and is simple to follow. A big plus of going to the meetings is the support of the group. Remember, this is just advise, I'm not advertising for Weight Watchers. My doctor suggested it to me, I tried it, and after 3 weeks I've lost 8 pounds. Some people like the plan, some don't...you could visit the site and get a general idea about the program. If you don't think it will interest you, there are still some good recipe ideas on their site too. Good Luck.

Here's what I am eating right now, I will be changing it up soon though as changing things up seems to help me.

Morning - low fat yogurt
Mid day snack - Some celery w/ peanut butter
Lunch - raw veggies with a low fat dressing
Snack - a little cottage cheese
Evening - Lean meat and fresh veggies


LOTS OF WATER
