My girlfriend has body issues, how can I help her and make her value my opinion?

My girlfriend has body image issues and thinks that she looks fat, when in reality she has a great figure. I tell her all the time that she looks fantastic, and she doens't believe it. It is frustrating to me because it seems like she doesn't value my opinion. She told me its because I "love her either way" and therefore I guess I "have" to tell her that. She says it doesn't make my opinion any less valuable, but I feel that it is. It is downright frustrating. I feel like what i say doesn't matter.

Take a picture of her.A good one.Perfect.Then, take a picture of same age girl,same height and race but a little fat.Show her both pictures.She must understand after this,because she could see for herself.Perhaps it works,is an idea,Good luck.
