what type of growth rate?

population = people are getting out, and they're having less kids due to economic hardships and overpopulation in places like Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

economic= during the communist era, everyone had the same things, so economic gap between rich and poor was not so big. but now that it's "democratic" and a market economy, the very poor suffer the transition from communism to capitalism, and the rich get richer.

you have to know that Russia is growing very fast, because it has every natural resource it needs, a very well-educated population, and a strong industry.
