Why nuke our enemies.....RAP MUSIC is far worse!

It would haunt and torture them for years to come !!

After 15 minutes of high volume RAP MUSIC...Osama would beg for forgiveness and lick our feet in fear!!

Actually... Rap Music should be outlawed by the Geneva Convention as a form of Super- Torture

rap isn't music. the lyrics have no melody, it is just a guy who can't dance and sings monotone, put to a heavy beat.

To me rap is like country music, the older it is the better. .
To put it in math terms..the quality of rap music/hip hop is inversely proportional to how new it is. New rap sucks, older rap has a better chance of not sucking, the same for country music.
Both styles of music have the potential of being completely cheesy.

As far as using music like a weapon they have done that before, but it wasnt rap music.

During Operation Just Cause in Panama they chased Noriega down to a Catholic Church in Panama City. They couldnt go into the Catholic church since it would violate international law.

So they put up speakers and blasted music for a couple days and he gave up. The music wasnt rap though it was heavy metal.

I think they used Judas Priest.

So in the words of 2 live Crew
S&M..
Let the beatings begin

Oh please. While agree that many lyrics of Rap is disgusting, particularly nowadays, much of *Hip Hop* is inspiring and can be viewed as an ethnography.

Just because you don't like a particular genre of music doesn't mean that everyone hates it. You can no better say that Rap is not music than Jazz, Country, R&B, Rock or Classical. All these types also have an improvisational element to them.

There is a definitve and measurable beat, and the skill comes from a syncopation of syllables to the beats. Really good Hip Hop is a combination of word play that most people would be amazed by.

And why could you not say the same about much of country music? Much of that (like much of Hip Hop) is dissonent vocals with overly simplistic background music.

I've always thought it would be great if when Osama bin Laden was captured, if he could be tied to a chair and forced to watch topless dancers (even better if they have higher education). Then, the dancers could order him around... make him clean the place up... vacuum, dust, etc.

Probably against the rules, somewhere, though, huh?

I would consider RAP (music?) as a weapon of destruction if your were to look at the effect it has had on promoting, gangsters, hookers and pimps.

It's not the music I detest, it's those disgusting lyrics that I think are destructive.
