This guy keeps on messaging me everyday. He asks how I am and we have good conversations through sms. He also calls from time to time just to say hi. However, this has been going on for 2 months now but he has only asked me out twice. Is he really interested? Why doesn't he ask me out more often if he's interested? Guys out there, you might have the answer.. thanks!

Yes he is very interested, just afraid of being turned down. Give him a hint that you are interested in going out with him, or you may just have to ask him out yourself. Some guys are very shy, that doesn't mean he will stay that way in a relationship.
