Physical properties of a ligament are quite difficult to measure in vivo.

I'm not sure that autopsy specimens necessarily have the same properties as live specimens.

The ligaments will also vary with the size of the patient (child/adult) - specifically the height of the patient.

The other answerer is right that the properties will vary quite a bit amongst individuals. If you just want rough numbers, I would suggest searching the literature. One place you can start is:

Noyes, FR. (1977) "Functional properties of knee ligaments and alterations induced by immobilization." _Clinical Orthopaedics & Related Research_ 123: 210-242.

I haven't looked for anything more recent.
