what kind of fines and when should I expect my returns back

If you have a refund coming there are no fines or penalties

Not unless you owed money on one or more of the returns - then you'd have penalties on that return. If you had refunds coming on all of them, there won't be any penalties. And congratulations - you just made it under the wire to still get your refund for 2003.
It will probably take several weeks, maybe a couple months, to get your refunds.

If you have a refund coming for each of those years, there are no penalties for late filing. Enjoy your windfall.

They are so nice, sometimes you may get interest added to your refunds....
