In much the same way the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first.
In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine.
That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers.

That will only work if you've got some spare brain cells that you're not using. My guess is that you do. However, many of us need all the brain cells we can get and can't afford to kill of any just because "they're a little slow".

great the only thing is brain cells dont regenerate and so evetually you eliminate so many that one genious cell is not as good as a 1,000 speds.

If so, then ... Wow. I didn't know that.
