You can go to
H & M either on 51st street and 5th or W. 34th st and 6th
K-Mart on W. 34th and 7th
Conway's, you have many to choose from; here are some loctations:
7th avenue and W. 34th street
W. 34th street bet. 7th and 8th aves (closer to 8th ave)
W. 35th st and Broadway

All the other answers are good. I would like to add Loehman;s on 7th ave tween 17-16 st. also there are sample sales in the showrooms in the fashion district. Cheap knockoffs (both in price and quality) on Canal St.

What are you shopping for? Clothes, H&M there are a few locations, You could also try The department store right across from ground zero, i cant remember it, but my fiance used to go there all the time. If you want souviniers and touristy stuff...go to Canal Street, and dont pay what they ask, talk them down.

For clothes, downtown near Canal Street is great. These stores are mostly owned by Orthodox Jews, so they are not open on Saturdays.

there are a lot of clothing stores around 34th st/Broadway - Manhattan mall, macys, forever 21, strawberrys, h&m, conway, daffys.
there is tjmaxx, filenes basement on 18th st/6th ave
dsw, strawberrys, forever21, filenes basement on 14th/Broadway (union sq) and you can walk west along 14th st there are more stores

each of the shops you reported plus many others, you'll locate on thirty fourth street. usually the shops are placed on thirty fourth initiating close to fifth street and is going wall a thanks to 9th street. Conway is on thirty fourth between eighth & 9th Avenues. Macys is on the nook of thirty fourth & seventh street H&M is on the nook of thirty fourth & Broadway different shops on thirty fourth street: previous army, convey, also, Strawberry, Victoria secrets and techniques. there'll be sufficient shops for you right here. i do not imagine there's a continuously 21 on thirty fourth yet there is one by Union sq. on 14th street. that's yet another good street to do procuring b/c there are countless small shops and robust expenditures. walk on 14th street from 4th street all a thanks to seventh street. good procuring!
