Give me a lyric (not a whole song) that makes you say 'AHA! Something that moves you - whatever your belief. For example:
"Like a bird on a wire, like a drunk in a midnight choir I have tried in my way to be free" - Leonard Cohen in "Bird on a Wire"

"If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
We’d see the day when nobody died."

If Everyone Cared - Nickelback

The opening to Social Distortion's "Winners And Losers" is probably my fave. If you're a person of faith or a person of reason, either way life 's about the choices you make every minute of every day. They said it pretty well, with a great drum beat.

Winners and losers, turn the pages of my life
We're beggers and choosers, with all the struggles and the strife
I got no reason to turn my head and look the other way
we're good and we're evil, which one will I be today?

There's saints and sinners
Life's a gamble and you might lose
There's cowards and heroes
Both have been known how to break the rules
there's lovers and haters
The strong and the weak will all have their day
We're devils and angels
Which one will I be today?

Ooooh, I like this question! A single lyric huh?

At the moment:
"Met a kid on a bridge last night
contemplating freedom
He said I'm tired of this maddening life and I'm ready to go meet Jesus.
I said He's a friend of mine, met him just last night, and it's all right."

Granted sometimes I don't know if I'm the kid on the bridge or the guy giving him a helping him back down, but there you are.

Blessed be Your name in the land that is plentiful

Where Your streams of abundance flow

Blessed be Your Name

Blessed be Your name when I'm found in the desert place

Though I walk through the wilderness

Blessed be Your Name

"God, I was sure by now that you would have reached down and wiped our tears away, stepped in and saved the day. But once again, I say amen, and it's still raining . . .I will praise you in this storm, I will lift my hands, You are who You are no matter where I am. And every tear I've cried, You hold in Your hands. You've never left my side, and though my heart is torn, I'll praise you in this storm." - Praise You In This Storm? by Casting Crowns

Every blessing You pour out, I'll turn back to praise.
When the darkness closes in, Lord, still I will say,
"Blessed be the Name of the Lord"

All your eyes have ever seen
All you've ever heard,
Is etched upon my memory
Is spoken through my words,

And all that I take with me,
Is all you left behind,
we're sharing one eternity,
Living in two minds,

Linked by an endless prayer,
Impossible to break.

there are so many but right now I think it would be-

"I have a Maker, He formed my heart. Before even time began My life was in His hand".
From "He Knows My Name"- by Tommy Walker.
