If you want true beach looking hair, mix 1 tsp epsom salt into 6 oz warm water, shake until dissolved, spray on damp hair and scrunch while it dries. If its too stiff when dry, add more water to the bottle, if it's too soft add a little more epsom salt.

Personally I have never seen waves that look natural that are not if made using a styling product. If you put mousse in your hair to scrunch it, it will look dull and crunchy. The other ideas, braids and a bunn, will give you some wave without a product buildup.

But, as someone else tactfully pointed out, if you don't have waves to begin with you might just end up looking like someone with fake waves...

I have long hair and what I do is twist it up into a bun for a few hours while it is very, very slightly damp. When it comes down it has big loose waves.

you can get these long wire thingy wrapped in satin cloth and wrap your hair with it. wrap it in wet hair, make sure you add a flexible hair product, like scrunching gel or something, then wait for hair to dry. or braid your hair losely making sure it's wet first, let it dry, then unbraid it. DON'T COMB OR BRUSH you hair though or else you'll come out with a fro!

after you have taken a shower and brushed your hair through put some moose. it can be any strenght (#) as long as you put a little on and crunch it. and just let it be. crunch it every so often. and once it is dry it should be okay

After washing your hair, put some mousse in it (light to medium hold), scrunching it as you let it air dry.

wash hair and put your hair in plaits and sleep on it , in the morning it goes wavy and then put some curling moose and let dry
