Jesus(pbuh) was a muslim. To be Muslim is to be in submission and obedience to God. He is the one God who has no partner. Nothing is like Him. He is the Creator, not the created, nor a part of His creation. He is All-Powerful, absolutely Just, All-Knowing, All-Merciful, the Supreme, the Sovereign. There is no entity worthy of worship besides Him.
And Jesus(pbuh) was 100% a true muslim who came to this world to convey the message of ALLAH. Jesus(pbuh) never clamied to be a GOD, he could never dare to claim such thing. No messenger can ever ever dare to claim to be son of God or a God himself.

Jesus did claim to be the Messiah and that is part of what got him into trouble with Roman and Jewish authorities. The picture you gave a link for is very nice religious artwork but is very symbolic and not like an actual photograph would look if there were cameras in the 1st century. I have seen many images of Christ and what does seem interesting is that even though different artists portray different racial features we seem to always recognize a picture of Christ when we see it.

No, Jesus Christ wasn't a Christian. A Christian is a follower of Christ. He was Jewish, but ONLY in order to relate to the people who were Jews. As for His picture, no one knows exactly what He looked like, but He wasn't white and He wasn't black. More than likely, He was middle eastern like everyone else over there.

As was mentioned, Jesus was a Jew. He was also a perfect man. I imagine that he was very handsome and perfect in form, unlike so many of the pictures that portray him today. Since he died over 2000 years ago, it is very unlikely there are any accurate portraits of him.
You asked if Jesus ever admitted he was the Christ (which in Greek means 'anointed one' in Hebrew anointed one means Messiah) When speaking to the Samaritan woman at the well in John 4:7-25. She said in verse 25 “I know that Messiah is coming, who is called Christ. Whenever that one arrives, he will declare all things to us openly." Then in verse 26 Jesus said, "I who am speaking to you am he."

The word Christian was never used in his time.
" . .it was first in Antioch that the disciples were by divine providence called Christians." Acts 11:26
We're talking here of about 15 years after Jesus departed.
Before that, the expression "the way" was used.
As in Acts 9:2
He did state a couple of times that he was the Christ.
"He said to them: “YOU, though, who do YOU say I am?”
In answer Simon Peter said: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
In response Jesus said to him: “Happy you are because flesh and blood did not reveal it to you, but my Father who is in the heavens did." Matthew 16:13

If you really want to get technical about it... In Acts 11:26 - (which is where the label of "Chrisitan" appears) - This term "Christian" as it appears in both the Greek and the Aramaic versions, was a derogatory term, as those at Antioch made fun of the "little moshiacs." The fact that the Aramaic preserves this term through transliteration from the Greek and not translation, is evidence that this was a title assigned "by men to men", and never by YHWH.
Acts 11:26
And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And it came to pass, that for a full year they assembled themselves with the congregation of Yisrael, and taught many people. And the talmidim were called Notsrim first in Antioch. (Restoration/Aramaic/Scriptures)
And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And it came about that for an entire year they met with the congregation, and taught many people; and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch. (NAS)

It was the unbelievers around Jesus in His time who labled the Follows of Jesus to be Christians. What you need to realise is that you either follow God or you follow the Devil, there is no middle ground. There is only ONE GOD and that is the Father of Jesus Christ.
In the eyes of Jesus He was doing the will of His Father. Jesus did not run with labels, the only label He had was Son of God. When you read the Bible you will realise that Jesus on many occasions showed Himself to be the Son of God. When you read the Bible a bit more and have your spiritual eyes open - you will realise that this meant that He is God. Jesus is alive.
Jesus loves you. Call on Him and be saved.

Christian means follower of Christ. Christ didnt follow himself. The term Christian wasn't used until after Christs transfiguration: Acts 26:28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.
Christ Did state that he was the Christ - This is the whole reason that He was crucified - the high priests accused him of blaspheme.
Matt 26:63 But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
64 Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Jesus was a Jew not a christian, but he did not come for those that follow Judaism, he came for those that didn't follow Judaism(sinners). And those "sinners" that chose to follow him call themselves Christians.
but yes he did admit that he was the Christ. That is why the Jewish people had the roman army put him to death.
and no that is not his real picture.

Jesus was Jewish. But I guess, since he believed in and had faith in himself and in his teachings, He was kinda a christian.
And no, that is just a painting. There wasn't anyone round at the time painting his portrait or taking his photo. I'm imagine the real Jesus looked different than that, given the time and place he lived.

It's unlikely Jesus looked like that, given where he was from.
I also don't think he would be a Christian because that would imply that he worships himself (kind of against the grain of his persona). And I once heard a philosophy professor of mine remark that if Jesus visited the earth again and wanted to go to a house of worship, it would be a synagogue.
