Of Course I voted. I consider it my duty as a citizen. It also gives me the right to complain

I started voting as soon as I was old enough. I was a child during the Vietnam war, but I was old enough to understand what was going on. I did vote in the last two elections. I haven't always voted in local elections because I used to move around a lot and didn't stay in one place long enough to get to know the local candidates and issues. Since I have settled down I do vote in local elections. I feel that it is a duty to be involved in my country. I get tired of hearing people complain about the state of the country and when asked what they have done to change it they can't really give an answer.

Yes I vote in every election. I really don't understand from an individual stand-point why we still have Electoral Colleges. I could appreciate the need when the communication medium was so slow but not now. Votes should be tallied by individual voter and not by some quotes per state! I vote for having the individual voters elect a president if no majority is established, have a new election! And no messing with the computerized election machines.

Yes I did. I'm a big candidate for 3rd party (Independant, Green, etc) but do not vote straight ballot. I vote all over the place - for who I think is right for the job - be it Independant, Green, Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, etc. It bugs me that certain states and counties are allowed to leave off some of those who run. I do think every vote makes a difference: For example, if more people would vote for third parties, then their votes WOULD matter in giving this country more sides to work with. So many people feel that their votes will be wasted on that, though, that they only choose between Dem or Rep.

Well, I wasn't old enough to vote in the last two presidential elections, but I was able to vote for the governor of my state in '06. Yes, I did vote.

And I will be voting in the '08 president elections.

I do vote. Every election, be it a school bond or president. I'm sorry to say I don't really have faith in the system anymore, but I never pass up a chance for my voice to be heard. Things need to change, and We the People are the only ones that can accomplish that.

I've been voting since the 70s and only missed a small handful of general elections. So my answer is yes to all your questions.

Yes. I have voted in all of the elections that have taken place since I turned 18. I don't smoke so that was one of the few rights I was looking forward to gaining by turning 18.

Voted in last two presidential elections. Did not vote in last local election since very few races and I had no real desire to support any of the candidates.
