Is it a sin to give money to your church that you know will go to settling priest pedophile cases?

If you do not want to give to your church, then do not do so.

Regarding giving, you should do so with an open heart. If you do not like the cause, then I would change denominations.

Religious institutions can get you "killed". It takes a relationship with Jesus to save you. If your institution is not providing a path for a relationship, then you need to find a new institution.
