No. You have done a big mistake. Jesus Christ was just a man or better said, a very special messenger of God appointed by God to reveal his message to "The Children Of Israel" He was never meant for the Gentiles. You must remember, Our Lord and Savior is only one, The Almighty God not Jesus. He is also not the Son of God. God doesn't need any Son. HE is far more superior than this; it is mere disgrace to say that God has a son.

Neither does he begets anyone nor is HE begotten. Don't bring GOD down to a level of an animal by saying he needs a son or has one. God is not entitled to such humanly characteristics.

As a brother in humanity I wish you the best. Your real friend is the one who tells you the truth even if it hurts you not the one who tells you what pleases you even if it is wrong. Jesus PBUH was a real devoted messenger of Allah but he was not a Lord, God or son of God. You have the freedom to believe what ever you like but look for the logic and evidence behind it to be in the safe side.

If you're a Christian now, chances are that you weren't really an atheist before. Perhaps agnostic, perhaps unsure, but unlikely a real atheist.

On the off chance that you really believed that there was no god, because there was no proof, and nothing in nature that required the existence of a god, could you kindly tell us what "proof" you found that convinced you otherwise? Perhaps that sage advice might convince others.

Christians believe that Jesus is one with God the Father. Thus it was Jesus, also, who, in the Old Testament orders:

-murder of adults, children, babies, and animals
-pillage
-the stoning execution of rebellious children and women who don't scream loud enough when raped, among others

This Jesus/God also kills hundreds of thousands of people personally, with plague, fire, opening the ground, etc.

We killed the Nazis for a reason, don't worship their divine equivalent! Please, I beg you, think (if, indeed, your post isn't sarcastic)

If you don't believe what I'm saying, here's a video with just a selection of verses showing God's perverted, childish temper and violent bloodlust. If you do believe that God did all this and still want to worship him, it's probably because you've never witnessed real violence and can rationalize it all away. Alas!

I rejoice for you, along with all the angels in Heaven.

Please let other atheists know what was the life changing factor so that others can see the same light.
