Anyone have a toyota matrix? We're looking at one, for two boys in convertible carseats - evenflo triumphs - and wondering how scrunched/ they'll be, kicking the seat, etc? With two kids, test driving is a pain without a sitter, so doing some research first.

Why on earth would you test drive without the children?

Bring the kids, install the carseats- it's the only way to tell if the carseats fit and your children can reach to kick your chairs.

(btw.. the matrix would likely be fine for 2 seats, but adding a third would be impossible)

I know what you mean about it being a nightmare to take children on a test drive. Why not use a tape measure to see how far your kids can reach in their car seats. Then when you go to try the car out measure the gap between the back seats and the front. Hope that makes sense. Hope it works out. xxx
