No, well, sometimes. You see, I used to be really into the bar scene and I'd frequent clubs when I was 19/20 years old and 30/35 year old men would constantly hit on me and I could clearly tell by the way they talked and treated me that they were looking for some trophy innocent thing that would either marry them and become their slave/mother of their children or looking to 'take advantage' of some niave little girl. I would not trust a man 10 to 15 years older when you're in your early twenties. I didn't go for it. In fact, I was called a ***** a lot, but I'm a feminist and I respect myself as a woman.

Of course, there may be a few older men out there who are not looking for baby makers and home makers/wreckers, but I never met them. I'd say, trust your instinct and if you don't feel like you are intelligent enough, stay within a 5 year range and be very reserved when it comes to 'falling in love'. Besides, I believe that when you find 'true love' no matter how hard you fight it, it'll happen when you both know or at least that was how it 'went down' with my soon to be husband and I. Good luck!

It depends on what the ages are...be more specific. Usually if your both over 21 it doesn't seem as strange..unless the girl is like 20 years older than the guy... now that's a little questionable.

i THINK that age is not just a number, even if the person that you are dating is older and more mature, you have to realize that either if they are older than you, they are on a different level or if you are older than them then you are on a different level. If you both date each other you both will expect different things from your relationship. I hope this helps!
