I AM IN HIGH SCHOOL AND I WANT TO BE IN THE SORRORITY: DELTA SIGMA THETA! WHAT ARE SOME THINGS I CAN START DOING NOW TO HELP ME?

First of all, learn how to spell "SORORITY". Secondly, concentrate on maintaining good grades and finish high school. When you enter college, make sure you concentrate on your academics FIRST AND FOREMOST. Your education should be your main reason for going to college, not joining a sorority. As far as greek life is concerned, make sure you do your research on all the sororities of the Divine 9 so you can be absolutely sure you are pursuing the organization that fits your interest. Remember, membership is not guaranteed. IF you are selected for membership, it is a lifetime commitment so you want to be sure of your choice. You can begin your research by going to the official websites of each of the D9 sororities, and some of them have books (i.e.- In Search of Sisterhood- Delta Sigma Theta).
Good luck with finishing high school and continuing your education in college. I hope you reach all of your goals.
