I had never heard the term Probiotic so I looked it up online and you maybe able to come up with an answer for yourself to read this extremely thorough article at Wikipedia online about it. Depends on where you live. "Inner Health" is the best one in Australia. Strongest. About 25 billion organisms.

depends on what you need it for but yogurt is a good one they have a new brand starts with the letter A that suppose to be really good for your stomache
