They also say: I am hesitant - indecisive - doubtful - routinary and little lazy (as my disadvantages)

Wow, are you a Libra? Sounds like you are. That's what I am (the good & the bad). As far as your description, it sounds like you are trying to sell yourself. Honestly, don't look for approval in others, look for it in yourself &/or in your God. If you look at yourself honestly, you already know what is good about you and what you need to work on. If you are asking this question because you are lonely or have been shunned by someone, don't worry about it, I've met more people who, while not being the most "physically" attractive person, are incredibly desirable simply because they are confident in who they are, positive, happy with themselves, etc. Case-in-point, my brother has always dated really hot "looking" girls, but they were all chock full of baggage, shallow, idiots. Now he's dating a larger, not quite as "physically" "hot" girl, but she makes up for it so much in her persona that he's madly in love with her, we all love her, and can't wait to have her as a sister in law! Don't worry about (what you say) are your advantages & disadvantages, as long as you are happy with yourself and not hurting anyone else, then that is what makes you special.

Why would you care what others think as long as you're happy with yourself and willing to work on your disadvantages?
Be Happy, Stay Happy, Live a Good and Purposeful Life. There are others out there much more disadvantaged & in worse circumstances that you could imagine.

I have a couple of questions for you: Who is "they" and why do you care what "they" say?? And what do you say?
All of us have good and bad qualities. We all have ups and downs and we all have good days and bad. Do you have goals in life? What are you aspiring to be? Are you a good friend? Are you fair? Are you honest?
I would be a bit more concerned with my own character and less on what "they" might say. True friends will love you and stick with you with all of your qualities, good and bad because they love and accept all of you, not just the nice parts.
