I feel very alone right now and need christian people in my life. I am having surgery april 12 and I'm very scared I won't wake up. then I have to wait two weeks to see if its cancer and I'm a single Mom, and I well just feel very alone, my nerves are very bad. Could you keep me in prayer for a little while please? I would grately appreciate it and I will pray for all of you too. thank you, Canadian Cinder Angel

Pray all you want, but try this for once, after you have prayed, get off your knees and on your feet and do something about it.

I will pray for you, but I will also hope that if everything is going wrong for you it is quite possible that in God's infinite plan, this "wrong" day will soon be righted.

I was once told that if you believe in the power of prayer, and you have prayed, that for which you have prayed is on its way to you. Consequently, your next prayer should be a simple "Thank you."
Relax, it's all going to be fine.

I had one of those days just yesterday, I guess it is your turn!
Put on your happy hat hon and get a big smile to go with it, lift your head up, stick your chin out and face the wrongs with a laugh and a song in your heart ... for this is the day which God hath made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!
(btw, you'll notice that nowhere in that verse does it say "but only if it's a good day" or "unless you're just really bummed today")

Dear Father in heaven, we come to you today on behalf of "Canadian" and ask that you put a hedge of protection around them. Whatever comes we ask that you provide for their immediate need. When it seems as thought everything is going wrong it is your perception. God doesn't do wrong. trust in the Lord and know he has a plan give him your burden and he will give your his strength.
I will pray for Gods wisdom and peace that you are given the strength to handle what he has given you and the faith to know he will carry you through.
