Why is it that girs always seem to fall for the bad guys? It doesn't matter that they know the guy wont be a great boyfriend and will probably hurt them, constantly have to 'borrow' their money and spend their time high as a kite and drunk..
The nice guys just never seem to be a girls number 1 choice!

Good guys get the girls too. Just ask my boyfriend. It just takes them longer. Eventually women get sick of the bad boys and take the good guys. It helps though to be a good guy that looks like a bad boy, trust me on this.

It's all about maturity. When I was young I defiantly fell into the bad boy trap but after countless dead end relationships I did some soul searching to figure out what I really wanted in a relationship which is apart of the maturing process. Then I came to realize that a nice guy is what I really needed. Most young girls just want to have a good time so they go for the bad guy types because its adventurous for them. My boyfriend is the nice guy type but had I not went out with a couple of bad boys I wouldn't been able to appreciate the nice guy that he is. So its a maturing process for girls, don't take it personal.

Bad Boys can be used for sex. Bad Boys are low maintance, and you don't have to worry about their mushy feelings. Bad Boys are fun. They know what they want out of life. They're exciting.

Nice guys get the girls all the time, and I am so tired of that BullSh*t. Nice is just a front, for needy. Nobody is nice. Everyone is an A-hole in some kind of way, and everyone is a saint in another kind of way.

Many people use the word "nice" to describe a guy, when "meek" is the more appropriate adjective.

The reason lies in the fact that girls like a challenge.

They want to be 'the one' who changes him, who tames him.

The bad guys keep them constantly intrigued and interested, after all if someone does and says exactly what you want them to all the time, where's the challenge?

The challenge keeps things from getting stale.

Some girls just like the drama of a bad guy, they like having something to complain about, something that gets them sympathy from friends and family.

Some girls were just brought up badly and may identify the bad guy with a father figure, their mother may have been the victim of abuse, and this is the only relationship they know how to behave in.

It all stems to insecurity, no matter what way you look at it.

All your lives since you could crawl you have been told what a nice girl you are. It is just a form of rebellion.

When a parent says "Don't do something because it is bad" you just have to try. Right now you seem to be having fun, but what happens when you get into a little trouble. What happens if you get in an accident because your high, what happens if you get just a little bit pregnant?

God i would love to meet a nice guy.

I spent far to long with a "Bad Boy" i was pregnant within 9 months of getting together, he used to leave my alone in the house where we lived all weekend take the money and go out from friday till sunday with his mates.

It took till me having my son that i decided to leave him, i left with nothing apart from my son.

Believe me once the bad boy wears off there nothing really.

I dont know why i stuck around with him for so long, I only found out after having my son too that he had been sleeping around while i was pregnant and had me go out with them on girls night outs not knowing.

There are not many nice lads out there anymore and are in great demand XX

So untrue. There are girls who fall for good guys too. You might want to look at the intelligence level of those that fall for the bad ones. Or those girls have something to prove - that they think they can get the guy to change. Or that they can nab him finally amongst all the other girls he dates. Well, they'll learn the hard way I guess.

Tell me about it! Although I think you do get to an age where a bad boy is no longer what you want!
Girls like to be kept on their toes I think and good guys just don't do that!

I can safely say that at 33 I no longer want a bad boy!
