Eat.

What Coopersmima said: Eat. Your appetite is already suffering, and it needs to be awakened, so to speak.

Start with mild fruits, and a shot glass of some Kosher red wine before meals. Believe it or not, it does work. Keep yogurt on hand, and try to get whole grain breads. If you need some quick protein, either try peanut butter or cook some eggs: Scrambled egg sandwiches are really great if you want a quick hot meal.

Also, keep hot cereal on hand. Oatmeal with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and brown sugar is really very tasty!

Get good cuts of meat and good fish, and don't be afraid to experiment with cooking them.

Steam your vegetables rather than boil them: That will preserve the flavor and the nutrition value.

Learn to enjoy cooking and eating: Your health will thank you.

Good luck!

If you have not discovered it already, I would try to find out WHY you are malnourished. If you don't attack the source of the problem, then nothing you eat will help you.

If you are just trying to rebound from disease or some other known cause, take a whole-food supplement and stick to whole, unprocessed foods. Make sure you are taking a probiotic or eating lots of fermented foods to keep your intestines healthy so you can absorb as many nutrients as possible.

tHE BEST THING TO DO IS COME LIVE AT MY HOUSE, FOLLOW ME AROUND AND EAT 3/4 OF WHATEVER i'M EATING -- please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On a serious note, check your phonebook for a NUTRICIANIST, call a few and set up initial consults. Find one you like and are impressed by, one you think will be the best 1 to help you. then hire her to work with you to get you healthy. Start today by eating the proper portions from all 5 food groups and go to the market and get a large bottle of vitamins -- I believe CENTRUM VITAMINS are the best. you must take 1 a day from now on and for the rest of your life -- which wont be long if you dont start taking care of yourself.
Look up: NUTRICIAN on the net (any such site), or How to Eat Right, -- find a good site and do what it tells you to do for proper health!!!
Then come follow me around!

Find a dietitian to help you work out an eating plan that will make you healthy. Your doctor might be able to refer you to one.
Good luck (and "Bon appettit")
