Listen to me please.....
regardless of whether these are a sign of a heart problem or not...whoever is having these symptoms needs to see a doctor as soon as possilbe...
Most of us here are not drs...only a dr can diagnose your symptoms...
please contact your dr..now...

They certainly do indicate the possibility of a heart attack happening.

I would get to the doctors as soon as possible if you think that is what is happening to you , hope that it is not , good luck too you
