I have never given this a thought. I can't answer this one. Sometimes we just have to say I don't know. Usually I will say I'll look it up and get back with you. And I always have a form of reference be it the bible or other book. I doubt that belly buttons were ever anything people wanted to research as far as Adam and Eve go that is. I've answered questions like "why is grass green?" and "When Cain killed Able and he went to the Land of Nod who did he marry?" But the belly button question is new a one.

If they weren't born they would not have had belly buttons. This is the answer to a riddle of how did they know two frozen bodies found were those of Adam and Eve - they had no belly buttons.

hmmm very good question but If you want a serious answer it is no they didnt have belly buttons.
Why they are fictional characters in a fictitious book that was written by a group of farmers and they created this being called god that was the cause of everything they couldnt explain.

No I suppose they wouldn't. That's actually a test question. If you die and everyone is there how could you point out Adam and Eve? They would be the only two without bellybuttons.

Other things to think about:
what must it have been like to have speech and conciseness but only a few minutes of memory?
None of the trees in the garden of Eden would have growth rings.

This question has been asked so many times. Yes.
When I believe that God can make a man from dirt and a woman from his rib, He can certainly create a bellybutton too. He knew what they were destined to do.
But if they did not have it when He they first came here, God could have added bellybuttons to them after they need to leave Paradise. God does not have the same limits we have. : )
