I've gone from 149 punds to 127 pounds, from a size 10 to a size 6 and 7! But I have to laugh because I've gone from a 6 1/2 shoe to a 6. Is this normal? As anyone else lost weight in thier feet?

It is quite normal. Your feet also loose weight.

Like clothes, shoe sizes are all over the map. The length doesn't change, but the way they fit in other areas can put you in different sizes depending on the brand and model.

My stable of running shoes ranges from 8 to 9.5.

Its one of my pet peeves that I'll find a pair that fits and feels great, then when they wear out, I have to roll the dice again because the manufacturer has discontinued or changed that model to the point where I can't use it.

It's common to lose "width" in the feet when one loses weight.
I've never heard of anyone losing "length".
