Sirach is not a recognised book in the bible. The bible should have 66 books, Sirach is not one of them.
What version bible have you got there?
Ecclesiastes is one of the books, but that does not mention about shameless woman being called a dog. Moreover, the verse you put there does not even exist. Ecclesiastes ends in chapter 12 verse 14.

Sirach is not in my Bible, and Ecclesiastes does not have more than twelve chapters. Where are you getting this stuff from?

Friend this is not scriptures as you want to think, a man can be as dirty as a dog also, Why did you not use the bible verse where is says that a man that findeth a wife findeth a good thing.

just something men wrote so they could keep thier women down. men thought they were better than women so they wrote stuff like that to keep control.
