can anybody tell me what is happening to all the flourocarbons (old flourescent light ) very toxic that have been sitting on our wharfs for years,have they finally disposed of them if so,where and to what country or desert.are governments deceiving us over these,how about a government response

For your RCRA generators, it is in their best interest to send them to a recycle facility to capture the mercury and other stuffs.

But, to answer your question, most end up in a landfill.

The good news is, as long as they are intact, there is not a release of mercury or gases.

The fluorocarbon thing is another hype ,freon 12 was claimed to damage the ozone layer,well news flash the ozone layer is so high that nothing short of hydrogen gets that high.
