Hi there,
I totally recommend the Kimkins diet. It's kind of like the atkins diet but way healthier. You keep your carbs and fat to a minimum. I started the diet at the end of last August and within 2 months, I had lost 35 pounds. There is a website that will show you everything you need to know. This website also has an awesome forum of very supportive people to help you. Even the woman who came up with the diet is on the website all the time to help and give advice. Here is the link if you are interested. http://www.kimkins.com?a_aid=0345e923......
Good luck with your search.

Everyone is trying many different diets and have failed again and again depriving themselves of the stuff that they love, trust me if you go all healthy and on strict diet your body will crave all the things you think you shouldn't be eating.
So I suggest you make your own diet plan by finding out what it is that is fattening that you just eat too much of? and cut down on it! Try to eat more balanced meals that provide good nutrition, try to include lots of the things you like. If your lacking in certain vitamins from not eating fruit take vitamin supplements but whatever you do don't replace your balanced meals with vitamin tablets.
Iv found 1 of the best ways to diet is to Eat a good filling breakfast every morning cereal and toast is best as it is slow release energy and it kick starts you metabolism---That is your engine it will deal with all the more wholesome meals you eat later in the day. If you eat breakfast every morning you will definitely not feel the need to pig out as much.
But you can diet and eat healthy until the cows come home but unless you exercises you not feel and look much better. If you train enough you can within 'reason and common sense' eat when and what you want and still look and feel good. Its not just about diet its more about exercise all you need to do is eat the right things to fuel your exercise with and your well on your way to being more energetic, confident and healthy Best of Luck ;)

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! My advice is don't diet. Get on a sensible eating plan and stick with it. Plain old calorie counting is the tried and true. Figure how many calories you are eating to maintain your current weigh then make an eating plan where yo reduce your daily intake by 500 calories a day . That will come to a 1 lb weight loss weekly. 3500 calories equals a pound. Do 30 minutes of exercise a day and that will increase yor expenditure of calories. There are calorie charts and calculators on the net that show you how to do the math to help you figure your projected weight loss over a certain time period.Good luck!

For which condition are you trying to diet? And there are so many fruits, you mean you don't like all of them? Do you take vegetables or not? sprouted seeds? I need more details from your side before I can give you a better answer.

simple - just cut down a bit on carbs and high fat foods and replace your missing carbs with good proteins such as fish, chicken and lean red meats
