This is a problem and I wish this were not be the case. All of public rhetoric, however, is not necessarily unproductive. Free speech is a natural product of a democratic society. What matters is the people's participation to those speeches and hopefully rural governance in India, the largest of its kind, maintains an open channel with those leaders. No speech is worthwhile unless noone listens to it!

You are wrong. Who does more and speak more can become Neta Ji. Neta Ji does a lot. They have responsibility for their family also.
I am not Neta. Earlier I was doing more and speaking less. Now I am experienced, I speak more and do less. I have a staff to do more. Now I talk and earn.
You can also speak more.
Ladies also speaks more and do less.
Ladies: I will do this. I will do that. But in practice, they do all only for self and nothing for husband. My wife does all for herself, children, damad. She can be Neta Ji

No, there are few political leaders do more. (of course very less in no.) But why to bother about those who do less, promote the best politician.

It is not only Indian Politicians, in the whole world they are like that only. Because people are having no education, will have very small memory, they forgot every thing with in days. So these people show you heaven and doesn't do any thing.

the typical indian politican makes loads of promises.... but never try to fulfil them.. then at end of the day when elections are at doorstep they try to find a scapegoat, put blame on it..
confuse, mislead their vote banks with inaccurate data..... hence all that is done by them is ....BLABBER, BLABBER N BLABBER... until they reach the pinnacle of hypocrisy!!!
