Ever noticed that, there are theists who believe in evolution,

and yet there's no such thing as an atheist who doesn't believe in evolution.

And yet some theists claims that they value "truth".

Bulldung.

BBQ steak or roasted chicken?

Zero, there are people who still believe the Earth is flat.

Let's just rule out the weird and strange, shall we?

I've met two atheists who didn't believe in evolution. They each believed that humans became what they are today through alien intervention.

Generally speaking, though, an atheist who doesn't believe in evolution is a rarity.

I'll take the steak, please. Rare.

There are not going to be atheists that believe in God, so therefore they will not believe in Creationism. There is however many different hypothesis's for how the evolutionary model worked, and much disagreement within scientific circles about it. The slow process believed by Darwin, punctuated equilibrium, quick jumps in the species. Some believe the dinosaurs went extinct from a giant asteroid. Some from massive volcanic activity that changed the earths climate. Christians believe God started life, but some disagree on the method. Atheists believe evolution is responsible for life, but some disagree on the method.
And I prefer the Chiken, but BBQ it please

Not all atheists believe in evolution. A huge majority of us does, but not all.

I do think it's interesting though that many theists claim to value truth while doing all they can to run away from it. They won't consider even reading up on things that have been proven or considered likely to be true if they conflict with what they were previously taught was the truth. One who really values truth never stops searching for it.

Roasted chicken please.

It would seem rather strange for an atheist to not believe in evolution, but I know at least a few exist. I don't know how, but they do.

Ooooooh, BBQ steak... with a blend of mild spices. Anything with too much of a kick and I gag. I'm a picky eater. My tastebuds are big woosies.

Have you ever considered that God is eternal and that with Him there is no measurement of time, like days, months years?

There is a verse in the Psalms of David that says: "A thousand years in God's sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night.
He sweeps men away in the sleep of death; they are like the new grass of the morning— though in the morning it springs up new, by evening it is dry and withered.

So, for God your seventy or eighty years of life are like one day, or what we count as a thousand years are like one day to Him as well.

If God is all-powerful He could create the earth in 6 days or 6000 years or 6 billion years, it doesn't really matter to Him how we as humans measure time.
