Looks like that, but I have feeling that those who loved more than once still loved the same person in different people

Yes it does.. But most the times, we are in search of love and interpret other kind of attractions as love. It's only when we find our true love, we realize how foolish we were.
Secondly, our hunt for love is always biased. We keep thinking about our choices. Love is something that needs to be developed. We gotta give each other some space, some respect. That's how it goes. Even when we are working with our attractions, we are unknowingly trying to develop love within ourselves. We compromise a bit, try to impress a bit, and do a lot of funny things, so that a healthy relationship is created. In other words, we can love anyone if we donot restrict our perspectives.
All the best...

The lucky people who fall in love get committed and stay together who through their life and hence the slogan "love happens once in a life time" came into existence. However nowadays the committment part is slowly diminishing and people mostly are getting entrapped with physical attraction and start dating and then realising that they are not compatible and break away and seek afresh. Therefore what happens is they feel that they have loved the person who they have met which is not true and thats why they feel they have loved more than once.

I think you can love more then one person... but not at the same time. I think when you decide that you are going to love only one person for good and make a commitment, then you end any thoughts or actions that would lead to romantic feelings for someone else.
I think everyone has a special person from the past that they remember, and always love and care about.... and if it didn't work out for some reason, you keep your fond memories forever and realize that person was an influence on your life that will never be forgotten.

The human heart has the most amazing capacity to find room in it for one more person if we are open to the possibility. It's too bad that so many people lose sight of that fact. I can't imagine getting to the end of my life and realizing that I had the opportunity to love, truly love, more than once and passed it up. You just tuck that first love away in a special place in your heart and live the joy again in a new and different way.

yes its true that love happens in life only once,b'coz when u love a person u feel that u have get all that thing which u want in ur life. and its hapens only once the reason is that love is not a game that u can play every time with anyone so i also think that its happen only once in life. and its fact that its happen with every person in life whether its boy or girl in any age with any person whether he/she is rich or poor, black or fair and so on. Helllllllllllllllllll no, Bani. Every person is different to the next. One cannot compare one love as good as the next. If people are different, the way they love is obviously different. You cannot say...' I'm in love with Tanya just the way i was in love with Sonya'. Both 'Tanya' and 'Sonya' bring different interests and affection into the relationship, just like you would. No two loves are the same. If that was the case, one wouldn't fall in love all over again if it were the same ol' thing.

I would say TRUE love happens once in a life time, not love on its own.

Love has no limits or say borders. It is right that first love can not be forgotton, but when you have broken up and found new love it helps you more.
I also loved a girl whom I could not marry but the wife I got was so good that she proved to be better. I never felt (after some time) that I had lost my first love. I loved my wife and still am loving her.

no i think it could happen more than once in a life time ,,it dont mean that you will feel the same about the person your with they way you felt about the last one.. mainly because each of us are different..it may be that you love the next one a little more or a little less.
