Get her to an allergist. I was never able to drink milk, but of course my parents forced it on me because I needed my milk. As I got to be about your daughters age I just refused to drink it...if I drank it I'd bring it right back up. My parents just ignored it (my Mom didn't believe in doctors) so I lived the rest of my life milk free.
When I was about 18 I took myself to a allergist after reading a article about food allergies & thought maybe this is why I had been sick all my life. Guess what it turned out I have a SEVERE milk allergy (as well as other things).
You child may know something you don't. All she knows is that when she drinks/eats something she doesn't feel good. So she will avoid it all all costs. The doctor will also be able to suggest alternatives to milk. Get her started when she is young though as I can say as a grown up they aren't always the best tasting things.
Good luck!!

Juice has about the same calories and many foods do as well. If you are worried about calcium, there are OJ and apple juice brands that have added calcium. Milk is actually not that great for human beings anyway, although the dairy industry wants you to think otherwise.

Dairy is actually directly associated with high cholesterol and heart disease. Try vanilla flavored soymilk..it's delicious with no risks that come with cows milk.

Sounds like she might be lactose intolerant. Simply give her foods that contain milk products like cheeses, yogurt, or soy products which substitute milk. Also, if she is lactose intolerant she can't stomach chocolate so if she still loves those candie bars then she is not intolerant. She will get over the milk thing in time but just give her cheeses or soy based substitutes in the time being.

Have you had her tested for an allergy?? Soy milk is a great alternative to cows milk. They even make chocolate soy milk that tastes great. My sons no longer like milk, but love chocolate milk. I tried the PediSures and even the Carnation Instant Breakfast which takstes awful!!

any other milk product.cheese,youghurt,
make her any kind of pudding with milk and corn flour.
try to give her more meat for the protein and food that contains calcium.eggs will contain both ,protein and calcium.what if u mix the milk with fruit in the mixer?with banana or strawberry or cocoa for example?and don't tell her that it's milk.u can also try with nido if she doesn't like liquid milk.u can also add some honey to change the flavour.good luck.

Just make sure she eats lots of other dairy.. Yogurt, cheese etc. And have her take a daily vitamin.. My two boys ages 7 and 3 won't drink milk either and they are very healthy according to the doctors because they eat tons of cheese.. Hope that helped

You can find calories in cream, ice cream, high percentages of fat cheese but if she has a problem with dairy product you can give her soya milk or rice milk, they too have almost the same amount of calories like milk and they provide calcium and other vitamins....

To be truthful with you, what you defined is my existence precisely with the purely distinction being that my son is 6 and not 5 like yours. My husband and that i are previous lower than pressure out and that's taxing our complete kinfolk coping with my daughter and her habit. a useless ringer for your daughter, mine is really sweet and loving to each person, besides the indisputable fact that that isn't any longer her ordinary habit. an outstanding form of the time she shows us obstinance (as in received't do it) when we ask her to do stuff (no matter if that is stuff like "enable's get your footwear on to visit the water park"), hits us and her brother in additional than a number of cases, and screams and yells bloody homicide if she feels all of us has "wronged her" i.e. did not provide her what she wanted. I only could invite if some thing has replaced on your daughter because you wrote this positioned up; and what if some thing has helped. we are hitting a brick wall right here with each and each of the stresses of existence consisting of her and that i could welcome any updates or enter from you on how issues are going now. P.S. each and each of the human beings who're judging and making comments about "the undesirable parenting" opt for to back off. You human beings obviously don't understand what that is opt for to develop a tricky newborn. believe me, you does no longer be so quick to guage and throw us lower than the bus in case you've been in our footwear. those young children are compared to different young children, so if that isn't any longer a efficient remark do not say some thing. **receives off of soapbox**

She might be allergic to milk.
Or it could be that now that she has tasted soda and juices she has no reason in her mind to drink milk.

Try a soy milk. Or try a Lactaid milk

Talk to her doctor

You need to take your daughter to the doctor. Sounds like she is allergic to the milk. If so you will need to buy soy milk. Either way you really need the doctors advice and medical knowledge. Your daughter is lacking in important vitamins and minerals now.
