I keep on telling everyone about reading "Sugar Busters" and that's what I'm going to suggest to you. It's educational and uses the glycemic index of foods that are best for not raising the insulin levels in your blood which cause you to put on fat. It was written by two cardiologists in New Orleans, LA - not pHD's or nutritionists...and it works and you won't be hungry. It will be enlightening to you!

Until you can read it, cut out the junk food, up your water intake, don't drink sodas of any kind including diet, and eat fresh fruits/veggies and lo-fat proteins to get a head start.

This is a life style change. Godblessya!

well - fruit is best eaten as a snack - away from a meal -

when it is a dessert - the whole meal has to digest - and the fruit is on top - already digesting - and breaking down - and getting bad

so it's even best to save dessert for later

need 5 fruits and veggies each day
and meat - lean meat - provides needed minerals

best of luck!

and don't forget your water

This won't work. It's just yet another fad thing out there. Instead learn about healthy meals and foods. The internet is full of information. Bellybytes.com is great, it will show you healthy and unhealthy foods.
Deliciousdecisions.com is great for healthy recipes. The American Heart Association puts this on line cookbook out for you. I print their recipes and set them out for people at the club to take home.
