Ok before u say anything.. im planning on going to the doctor i just wanna get an idea or a few opinions of whats wrong with me... it all started with my back.. the middle of the left side of my back feels like i pulled it.. its a sudden, sharp, burning pain that comes and goes... usually when i move in a certain way.. and now the whole left side of my stomach has been hurting, like its bruised or sore or something, not severe pain, just bothersome and mild discomfort... what do u think it is?

Possibly a kidney infection. I seen this so sever that the skin actually discolors much like a bruise. The pain felt from movement is due to pressure placed upon the kidney by your body weight shifting or by the natural functioning of your organs. To combat this, simply drink lots of water or Gatorade since it will flush your system while adding electrolytes.

Possibly an abdominal strain which is simple to cure. Take Motrin as an anti-inflammatory and don't do any heavy lifting or exercise for about a week. You could have strained it in numerous ways which you possibly couldn't imagine.

Possibly severe constipation. Don't laugh, it is serious and does affect hundreds of people a day. If have not had a bowl movement within 24 hours you should probably be a little concerned. To remedy this, take a laxative or enema (but not both) and well, everything will come out.

Possibly damage to the stomach, liver, or appendicitis. However, these are kinda extreme and you would probably have chosen to go to the hospital for these since they are generally painful.

Well, there are the possibles. Hope you get better soon.

I had this problem. However the stomach pain is actually stomach cramp. Try to sit down and if you find the pain reduced or stop, it is stomach cramp. Stop drinking cold drinks.
My back is weak. I am doing yoga to strengthen my back. My doctor also give me a set of simple exercise to do twice a day, looks like yoga.

It could be anything from a pulled muscle, rib dislocation, kidney stone(the pain will get worse-it's been compared to labor pains), a vast array of medical diagnoses. Go to www.webmd.com-you can search your symptoms there.

With the symptoms you described it sounds like it could be kidney related.
