Today I took my wife to school and picked her up.. About 3 blocks from my house. She got hurt recently and could not drive today. On our way home A state trooper pulled me over in my driveway. I was given a ticket for driving on a suspended lic and ordered to appear in court. Lic was suspended because of unpaid prior ticket. I was not arrested. When I appear in court. I plan to admit my fault and am wondering what to expect. I will be appearing in a county court. Thanks.

Admission is a mitigating circumstance and it can be cited to lower your penalty uner the law.

Only a fine for being the first time; get your papers in order, pay all tickets. And don't try this again no matter what. If you get into an accident it could mean jail time for not having your lic.

I am not familiar to the driving laws in the state of Washington, but I am sure that you will just get a fine and and maybe an extension on the suspension of your driver's license. They could put you in jail, but it is highly unlikely.

If your wife is unable to drive herself to school or work, you need to apply with the department of motor vehicles for a hardship license next time.

Before you go to court, Pay the tickets and take proof to court. If you have no record of this kind of the thing you will recieve a fine plus pay court costs, approx $100. You will then have to go to motor vehicle dept. and pay to have your license reinstated.

Did the cop see you driving or just sit in your car in your driveway? If he saw you driving then you're in trouble, but if you were just in the driveway, then you can say that you were just listening to the radio while waiting for someone.

definite the police can arrest you for finding out on your nostril. you should ask, after the arrest, could I be convicted? the classic the courtroom makes use of is "previous a sensible doubt" that you've been "utilising" and "on a suspended license." solid success, get your rattling license
